Villa Riva

Surrounded by the sea on three sides, Villa Riva is located on a small strip of sand and rocks, just steps from the sea. The spacious and comfortable villa offers an entrance on the first floor, which features a spacious living area and a furnished veranda overlooking the sea. On the same level are two connecting kitchens (one indoor and one outdoor). The floor also includes a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, an open-plan sink, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms: one with a walk-in closet and a study/bedroom, ideal for families with children or guests. Both bedrooms overlook a covered porch and the garden, accessible through large glass doors that provide natural light and seamless connection between the interior and exterior.

Outside, Villa Riva offers a barbecue area, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a large table. The well-kept and screened garden ensures privacy and relaxation, while direct pedestrian access to the Mare Rocce beach allows you to reach the sea in just a few steps. The Villa is equipped with all comforts and includes double parking space, hot/cold air conditioning, laundry room, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and equipped kitchens.
