The Space
Do you dream of spending a vacation in a very special place just a few meters from a heavenly beach? Then our villa just 50 meters from the clear waters of Sardinia is what you've been looking for!

Get ready to be greeted at the entrance by our stunning 5-seater Jacuzzi (water temperature adjustable up to 38 degrees centigrade) with sofas and an immense garden surrounded by greenery, great for those who love outdoor sports even on vacation with their children.

Equipped with a huge terrace with two dining tables, outdoor sofas and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the sound of sea waves and sea breeze. You will also find at your disposal a new barbecue suitable for outdoor cooking of meat and fish.

Large and bright living room with Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime for an evening of entertainment.

Immediately following is the kitchen with electric and microwave ovens, induction cooktop and coffee maker already provided. Equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and minibar. Private chef on request.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one French bed and one king-size bed) with memory foam pillows, and 2 rooms with single beds, for a total of 9 beds. Each double room also has a private bathroom and Smart TV. You will find pillows of different types to meet every need and clean sheets.

An important part of the house are the 3 bathrooms with emotional shower for a SPA effect. A welcome kit is included. Outside there is a fourth bathroom, ideal for showering when returning from the beach before entering the house.

As an included service, there is also a 24-hour personal concierge referral available for various services such as restaurant reservations, cabs, or loading and unloading luggage

There is ample parking that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Access for guests
The villa is only 50 meters from Geremeas beach, one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia. The beach is shared only with other residence guests, so it is a very quiet and safe area, away from the buzz of other, more touristy places.

The city of Cagliari is only 30 minutes away by car (you can book it online with our concierge) as well as from Villasimius.

The nearest and most beautiful beaches are Mari Pintau beach and Cann'e Sisa beach.

It is also possible to go on outdoor excursions, for example to the beautiful waterfall of Meriagu Mannu
